Our  school children participated in the dancing competition in Tiruchirappalli corporation.Dancing helps keep our bodyphysically fit and healthy. Dance is good for our heart, lungs, and bones. It’s a fun way to stay active while increasing ourstrength, stamina, and flexibility..............................Dance also helps me to connect with ourmind, emotions, and spirit......................... Dance teaches survival skills...............Dancing teaches me tokeep going but wealso learn that a person never stops growing................Studies show that dancing can help to lose weight, stay flexible, reduce stress, make friends, and more.
